The new Pro-B 300 blocker was made with high-volume labs in mind, allowing optical tracing of even the most complex demo lenses, according to the company.

Key advantages of the Pro-B 300, according to the company’s product literature, include its large screen size, shape and drilling libraries, centering assistance (including automatic detection of centering marks) and ergonomic, hands-free operation. The Pro-B 300 is also compatible with both Essilor and Weco posiblock designs and is available with or without an embedded tracer.

This product complements others in the Pro line Essilor Instruments has introduced within the last two years, including the Pro-E 600 and Pro-E 700 edgers, according to the manufacturer.
