Our 2015 winner, Specs Downtown in Florence, Ala., added new equipment and a little character to each exam room.  

Runner-up Midwest Eye in Downers Grove, Ill., went with a bold color scheme and an open loft design.

Second runner-up LaFollette Eye Clinic and The Eyewear Gallery in LaFollette, Tenn., transformed 10,000 square feet into the dream office.
